About this Site

I’m trying to build a site out of my Obsidian notes cultivated over the years. Obsidian really gave me the platform to output my ideas, bringing them all into one place and starting to build the connections between ideas in my brain in a way that they are sharable with others.

This is a garden of notes. Like any proper garden, it’s a mess! The only person who really knows much about it is the gardener, who spends time day in and day out up close and personal with the plants, knowing their natures, their needs, their capacities. This is a long-untended garden, so there are a lot of weeds in it! For me, a weed is an undervalued, possibly misunderstood plant. So for me, the process of weeding is going through and learning about a plant (a note or idea, in this metaphoric context) and how it connects to the wider ecosystem (the garden of notes :).

The goal for me is to work toward cultivating these idea plants in a way that is more articulate and therefore clear and perhaps useful to others. That’s the project right now!
